Digital Millennium Copyright Act Compliance

Our Commitment to Copyright Protection

TokP3 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

How Our Service Works

TokP3 is a video conversion tool that does not host, store, or distribute copyrighted content. We:

  • Do not store converted files permanently on our servers
  • Automatically delete all files within one hour
  • Do not maintain a library or database of content
  • Act solely as a conversion tool for user-provided URLs

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to convert and download content. By using our service, users agree to:

  • Only convert content they own or have explicit permission to use
  • Respect all applicable copyright laws and regulations
  • Not use our service for commercial distribution of copyrighted material
  • Comply with the terms of service of the source platforms

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Contact Information for DMCA Notices

DMCA Agent

Please send all DMCA notices and counter-notifications to our designated agent through our contact page, clearly marking your message as "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice".

Response Time: We respond to all DMCA notices within 24 hours as required by law.

False Claims

Please note that making false DMCA claims may result in legal liability. Before submitting a notice, please ensure that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized.

Limitation of Service

Due to the nature of our service as a conversion tool rather than a content hosting platform, our ability to control specific content is limited. We encourage copyright holders to also pursue takedown requests with the original content hosting platforms.
